Joe was very easy to work with, readily offering suggestions, but also listening to our ideas as the plans came together. Working through the building permit process was tortuous, but Joe is quite familiar with local building codes and was quite helpful. Our house is located in a historical district and that presented another set of obstacles to overcome. Once again, Joe's reputation was an asset as we prepared to make our presentation to the Monroe County Historical Preservation Commission. Once our permit was finally obtained, the work went well, but the lengthy application process had pushed the project into late fall. Joe was very good at keeping us informed of their progress and any weather-related delays. While taking longer than originally anticipated (not Workman Corporation's fault), we are very pleased with the quality of work and would recommend Workman Corporation for any similar projects.

If you are looking for a contractor for floors, bathroom do-overs roofs or any other renovations I know who goes over and beyond what, is required. Joe and Lake redid my bathroom and it is now handicapped accesible, I absolutely love it. They also replaced flooring in the Bathroom and Kitchen and and fixed my roof. Thank you guys. After another contractor bailed last minute to replace a very unsafe deck railing, Workman’s squeezed me in to their busy schedule at the drop of a hat. This was a smallish project and typically not something a GC would take on, but Workman’s was happy to help. Not only were they amazing to work with, the quality of the install and attention to detail was great! 10/10 would ask them back for more complex projects.
